How do I get my photos to BragOnBaby.com? You can upload your digital photos to us or you can mail them to us at Brag On Baby 7121 Grand National Drive, Suite 100 Orlando, FL 32819 and we can scan them in to our computers.
What specifications do the photos that I am sending need to meet? You will have the option to upload your images to us after you place your order and checkout. All images should be very clear and the size of the digital file should be at least larger than 1000K. Image files should be saved in a ".jpg" or "tif" format. One of our digital professionals will e-mail you to provide you with his or her evaluation of the quality of your images for the designs you have selected.

We recommend you safely pack your photos when mailing them, as we cannot be held responsible for photos damaged on route. Also please include a copy of your email confirmation. Please make sure to confirm that your name, address, and phone number are correct on your confirmation. [Return]
Do I get my photo(s) back? Yes, we send back your photos with your finished product.
How many photos can I utilize? Each bragonbaby.com photo artistic or photo realistic design comes standard with one photo. We will happily incorporate more photos in to the design of your choice. We charge an additional $50 per photo.
Can I use photos that are professionally taken? Photos that are professionally taken must have a consent letter from the photographer, granting bragonbaby.com permission to reproduce their photos. The professional photographers may sign a personally written letter of consent.
Will I be able to approve the proof before my masterpiece is made? If you have chosen one our designs that will incorporate your photo we will absolutely send you a proof. Our name or monogram only designs do not get proofs.
Within a week of receiving your photo, we will send you an e-mail with a proof of your artwork. If you approve of the design, you can accept it by clicking on the “Accept” button of the email and we will complete your order. You will then receive your masterpiece and original photo(s) with in two weeks of approval (even faster if you select rush service). Please make sure to check spam folders or set your filter to allow emails from bragonbaby.com. This should help expedite the process!
If you do not approve of the artwork’s proof, you may click on the “please modify” button. We want you to be happy with your final art work and will work diligently to make sure you are satisfied with the result. Please write your suggestions and concerns and we will modify the design until it fits to your liking. Once we receive your proof approval, we send your order in to our production department. How long does it take for my order to be complete? Bragonbaby.com requires proof approval on all orders that contain your photographs. We will get you a proof within a week of receiving your photo. Once we have your approval on the proof, your order will take 1-2 weeks to finish. On orders with only a name or monogram you order should be shipped to you within 2 weeks.
What are the priority service options? We offer different levels of priority services. Any order that utilizes our priority service option will be given priority in the production process, according to its level of service. Priority service DOES NOT include the required shipping costs. You will be able to select the shipping method during the check out process. Applicable shipping charges will be added to the order total upon shipment.
The priority service options are as follows:
Standard priority service $50: Guaranteed production time within 8 days of customer proof approval or from your date of order confirmation if you do not receive a proof.
Expedited priority service $100: Guaranteed production time within 4 days of customer proof approval or from your date of order confirmation if you do not receive a proof.
Crazy fast priority service $150: Guaranteed production time within 2 days of customer proof approval or from your date of order confirmation if you do not receive a proof.
Priority service times do not include the time is takes shipper to get your masterpiece to you.
Delivery time frames are approximate. They assume timely customer approval of design proof and are based on shipping provider's longest delivery estimate. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost, rerouted or mishandled by the shipping provider. We guarantee this service as long as all guidelines are followed. If we are unable to provide this service, you will receive a full refund on the rush fee.
Do you accept orders from outside the US? No, not yet, but we are looking in to this option.
What methods of payment does bragonbaby.com accept? We accept credit cards (AmEx, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) certified checks and money orders.
What is BragOnBaby.com’s cancellation policy? If you cancel before we start to work on your project, you will get a full refund. If our designers have already started working on your art piece but have not printed your art, we can give you fifty percent back of the full amount. Unfortunately if you cancel your order after we receive your approval and we print your artwork we will not be able to refund you.
What happens if I order and never send you my photo? If we don’t receive your photo within 30days from the time you had originally placed your order, there will be 5% administrative fee charged. The set up fee will become a credit to your order if you send us your photo at a later date.
Do you treat your canvas with anything to protect them? We treat all our canvases with a high performance coating solution to help protect from fading which is caused by UV rays and abrasion. Our canvas treatments help preserve your art work so you can enjoy it for many years to come.
How will my artwork be shipped to me? We ship your artwork by Ground delivery (1-5 business days). If you need your product very quickly contact us at 888-268-2724 for priority service delivery options.
Do I get a discount if I order a duplicate copy of my BragOnBaby.com artwork in the same or different size? Yes you do, there is a 25% discount off the additional copie(s) if the artwork piece(s) are the same size. If there are different sizes, the discount will apply to the smaller artwork piece(s). Duplicates need to be ordered within 30 days of your first order for the discount to apply.
Can I change my photo(s) after I have already submitted it? Sure. If you want to change the photos that you have already submitted, and we have not yet started to work on your proof, you may change them at no additional charge. But, if we have already started to work on your original photos, there will be a $50 charge to modify your artwork. If you decide to add more photos after a new proof has already been supplied, the same policy will hold true. If we have already printed your original design onto canvas, we unfortunately cannot grant this request or give any refunds.
Can I add additional photos after I have already approved of my design? Sure. You can submit additional photos after you have approved of your design if we have not yet printed your artwork onto canvas. We will modify your artwork for an additional $50 per photo. If you decide to add more photos after a new proof has been supplied, the same policy will hold true. If we have already printed your original design onto canvas, we unfortunately cannot grant this request or give any refunds.
Can I change my design after I have already selected it? Yes, we will change the design for free, only if we have not yet started to work on your original design selection. But, if we have already started to work on your original design selection, there will be a $50 fee to change the design selection. If we have already printed your original design onto canvas, we unfortunately cannot grant this request or give any refunds.

Generally, we require that all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card but we also understand that you may want your gift sent directly to the recipient.
